We want to let you know that, due to the nature of our digital products, all digital travel guides are non-refundable.

For our Trip Planning consultations, we’re happy to offer a full refund if you cancel up to 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. After that time, the consultation fee is non-refundable, but we’re here to help you find a new time that works better for you.
