How long do the Christmas decorations stay up in Orlando's theme parks?

❄️ If you want to skip Canada’s chilly first week of January, you can still catch some holiday magic in Orlando! 🎄✨

Save this post and send it to your Disney-loving friends because everything here is based on official sources ✨🌟

🍽 Holiday Dining Magic
The final Christmas character dinner at Minnie’s Holiday Dine (Hollywood & Vine, Hollywood Studios) happens on January 4th.

According to planDisney, there's no exact moment when the Fairy Godmother waves her wand and all the holiday sparkle disappears. You can still spot plenty of twinkling trees, garlands and festive touches during the first days of the new year.” ✨🏰

🏰 Walt Disney World Decorations
Most decorations remain through the first week of January 2026, according to planDisney.
The full takedown usually happens during Marathon Weekend, from January 7 to 11, 2026.

Magic Kingdom is usually the first park to start removing decor. Around January 8, most large displays like giant trees and themed garlands are already stored away.
Small festive touches might still appear in the resorts, but after January 10, it's rare to see major decorations anywhere. 🎁💫

🎢 Other Orlando Parks
Universal Orlando Resort keeps its holiday fun until January 4, 2026.
SeaWorld Orlando and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay continue until January 5, 2026.

✨ That’s the magic!
